Shappio's analytics and reports provide detailed insights into your sales and customer behaviour. The analytics and reports available for viewing are based on your subscription plan.

Sales Reports

With Shappio's sales reports, you can view information on your customers' orders based on different criteria, such as sales by product, category, brand, or over time.

The sales reports you can access in Shappio vary based on your subscription plan.

• Sales over time
• Sales by product
• Sales by category
• Sales by product brand/vendor
• Sales by discount
• Sales by location
• Sales by customer name
• Average order value over time

To view sales reports:

1. From your Shappio admin, go to Analytics > Reports
2. In Sales, click the report you want to view
3. In Search Criteria, select the fields according to your requirement
• Select a Time span or provide a Date range
4. Click Search

Customer Reports

With Shappio's customer reports, you can gain valuable insights into your customers' behaviour, including average order count, average order totals, and expected purchase value. Use this data to optimize your sales strategy and enhance customer experience.

• Customers over time
• First-time vs. returning customer sales
• Customers by country
• Returning Customers
• One-time customers
• Loyal customers

To view customer reports:

1. From your Shappio admin, go to Analytics > Reports
2. In Customers, click the report you want to view
3. In Search Criteria, select the fields according to your requirement
• Select a Time span or provide a Date range
4. Click Search
