Customer Queries (Contact Form)

The section where your customers' messages from the website contact form appear is known as the "Contact Form" or "Contact Us" section. When customers fill out the contact form on your website, their messages are stored in this section for you to review and respond to.

View Customer Messages

To view customer queries:

  1. From your Shappio admin, go to Messages > Customer Messages
  2. In Search Criteria, select the fields according to your requirement
    • Enter Customer Name
    • Enter Email Address
    • Select Time span
  3. Click Search
  4. A list of messages appear with all details and message by the customer
  5. To respond to any message, click the message title
  6. Type your response in the Admin Response field
  7. Click Save

Customer messages are responded to via email and appear in the website accounts section.
