Customers

On this page, you can view a comprehensive list of all the customers who have signed up for your online store. You can check their status and track their order statistics.

This information is useful when

  • You want to send special offers to your registered e-commerce customers
  • You want to send special offers to your paid customers

View Customer

To view customer:

  1. From your Shappio admin, go to Customers > Customers
  2. In Search Criteria, select the fields according to your requirement
    • Enter the Customer's Name
    • Enter Customer Email
    • Select Customer Status
    • Select a Time span or provide a Date range
  3. Click Search
  4. On the customer list, click View Detail to open the Customer Details page

You can also download the customer's data in CSV format.
